Ways to work with us

Ambient Acts
Less planning, more flow
Roaming performers, living installations, ambient acts are meant to add to the atmosphere. Sets typically run 5 to 15 minutes with breaks, and fit to your theme.
Best for cocktail hours, festivals, gallery openings, and corporate parties.

Spotlight Acts & Shows
The best of the best
Fully choreographed and meant to impress. These are the focal points, meant to be short and powerful. Although acts run 3 to 5 minutes and require a designated performance area and music, they are well worth it.
Best for galas, corporate events, wedding receptions, main stage moments.

Workshops
Be more than spectators
Usually 60–90 minute sessions, these lessons can adapt to all ages and skill levels. Recommended disciplines include flow arts, partner acrobatics, basic dance or movement, and character work.
Best for team building, school programming, community events, and festivals.
Straight from the audience
Straight from the audience
Don’t just take our word for it.
The culture Levity continues to offer is an open and immersive expression of self within community. Performers, organizers, and attendees collectively emphasize a conscious 'safety first' approach.
Cynthia I stumbled upon a Levity show one evening and was astounded. The community is so deep and so loving.
Casey I leave these events feeling energized, inspired, and just so grateful to be amongst folks that give back in a way that encourages others to live and play more freely.

Every event is different. Here are some of the factors that shape the final price.

Number of Performers

Rigging Needs
Aerial acts require structural rigging, which adds cost and logistics.
- 03
Duration
Active performing time as well as on-site time affects the total.
- 04
Experience Level
Emerging artists vs. senior performers differ in rate and production value.
- 05
Performance Type
Technical disciplines like aerial and fire carry higher risk and higher rates.
- 06

Common questions
Most acts need 2–4 weeks. Custom productions prefer 6–8 weeks. Rush bookings? Sometimes. Ask us.
Not always. Roaming and ambient acts need no stage at all. Floor-based acrobatics need a 12 × 12 ft space. For anything on a stage, we strongly recommend an elevated surface so your guests can actually see it.
Yes — most of what we do works indoors. Aerial needs a rated hard point or our mobile rig. Indoor fire is limited to venues with the right permitting, but LED versions of the same acts use the same props and choreography with no permitting required.
It depends on the act. Aerial needs 14 ft of ceiling clearance minimum, 16–20 preferred. Acrobatics needs floor space, not height. Fire needs open ground with 20+ ft clearance. Tell us your venue and we'll tell you what fits — we know most Seattle spaces already.
Yes. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and we can name your venue as additionally insured if they require it.
Please do. Most of our best events combine two or three — aerial with fire, burlesque with acro, a roaming set before a spotlight act. We'll help you build a lineup that flows.
